Since yesterday, Betwinner has decided to block my access to my account, effectively keeping all the money I rightfully won on their site.

After the frustrating process of account verification, where they ask for thousands of photos in increasingly better quality, Betwinner decided they had the right to keep the money that took me so much effort to earn. They claim I have multiple accounts, but the truth is, I had registered more accounts on their site to which I don't have access anymore. This is because when you register, they give you a username with a series of numbers and a password with a series of letters that are impossible to remember after a while. So, I hope they can reconsider this situation because what they've done to me is essentially theft. It should be noted that if they didn't want this to happen, they should not let you deposit money upfront. The trick they pull is allowing deposits only to eventually take your money. It's easy to run a casino like this; when people lose, there’s no problem, but when they win, they don't get paid. It's unfair—they kept more than 19,000 USD from me.

Desde el día de ayer betwinner decidió sacarme la posibilidad de ingresar a mi cuenta y con ello mismo quedarse con todo el dinero que había ganado justamente en su página.

Luego del tedioso hecho de la verificación de cuenta donde te piden miles de fotos y cada vez de mejor calidad betwinner decidió que tenía la potestad de quedarse con mi dinero que tanto esfuerzo me había llevado conseguir en mi cuenta. Ellos alegan que yo tengo múltiples cuentas y la realidad es que yo había registrado más cuentas en la página a las cuales no tengo acceso ya que ellos cuando te registras te ponen un usuario con una serie de números y una contraseña con una serie de letras que después de un tiempo sin usar son imposibles de recordar. Así que espero puedan reveer esta situación ya que es directamente un robo lo que ellos hicieron conmigo. Cabe aclarar que si ellos no quisieran que esto pase no te deberian dejar depositar directamente pero el engaño que hacen es dejarte depositar para luego robarte la plata. Así es fácil tener un casino, cuando la gente pierde no hay problema pero cuando ganan no se le paga. Es injusto, se quedaron con más de 19.000 usd
