The crypto casino is taking over 24 hours to process a cryptocurrency payment, which usually happens almost instantly. When I ask for various explanations for the delay, I get the usual response that routine checks are underway, and nothing else. I offered to send some documents myself that might be needed for account verification, which regular casinos typically require, but the operator refused to accept them, saying they aren't necessary since they are a completely anonymous casino. I kindly ask for help in recovering my modest winnings, if possible.

I wasn't asked for documentation or any KYC verification. I asked them to proceed with the verification if necessary, that I would send documents, but the operator said they are a completely anonymous site and that they aren't necessary. I apologize, but for a crypto withdrawal that doesn't exceed absurd amounts, you can't say you have to wait 14 days. I've never seen anything like it in 4 years. All the others I've used were "almost" instantaneous on the first withdrawal, including verification, after which they were in the wallet within no more than 5 minutes, without exaggeration, and I'm talking about higher amounts. The problem is that Evolution has blocked all their game shows in Italy at the casino I used before for unknown reasons, so I'm looking for another one and I've chosen the worst one of all, it seems to me.

Non mi e stata richiesta la documentazione e nessuna verifica KYC. Avevo chiesto io di procedere con la verifica se necessario, che avrei mandato dei documenti , l'operatore aveva detto che sono un sito completamente anonimo e che non servono. Poi , chiedo scusa, però per un prelievo crypto che non supera cifre assurde non può dire che si deve aspettare 14 giorni non ho mai visto una cosa simile in 4 anni. Tutti gli altri che ho usato erano "quasi" instantanei al primo prelievo incluse le verifiche , dopo di che non più di 5 minuti senza esagerazione erano sul wallet e sto parlando di cifre piu elevate. Il problema e che evolucion ha bloccato per Italia tutti i loro game shows nel casinò che usavo prima per motivi sconosciuti, quindi sto cercando un altro e ho scelto quello più sbagliato di tutti mi sembra.
