I never won anything, but after numerous attempts and deposits, I got lucky and managed to win 800. I was very happy and requested the withdrawal on 01/13/25. The casino asked me for 3 business days to process the payment. I waited the requested time, but the withdrawal did not arrive. After this period, I started contacting the chat and support almost daily by email, and they always tell me the same thing: "your withdrawal is being processed." Today marks 17 days since my withdrawal request, and I’m not even sure if the casino will pay me. I'm sad because I like the casino and recommended it to my relatives and friends. Fico triste pois gosto da casa e a indiquei para meus parentes e amigos. Casino Guru vocês são minha última chance para receber 🙏

Hello, as I said before, I've been playing at the house for some time and I haven't managed to win anything so far. When you make a deposit the house gives you a play in the crab bonus as a gift, with this play I got a bonus of 120 reais, I complied with the rollover and the rules established in the bonus, and after that I raised the bankroll a little more and asked for the withdrawal, I've been playing casino for a good few years now, so I always pay attention to compliance with them. As far as verification is concerned, the house hasn't asked me for any verification in that time.

Em questão da verificação a casa não me pediu nesse tempo nenhuma verificação.
