I requested six withdrawals over a month ago. Three via bank transfer and three via Revolut. The last withdrawal never arrived in my bank account. I've sent you the entire statement from May. Customer support keeps putting me off, and now, after more than a month, I've had enough.

KYC was never requested or wanted from me.

The withdrawal in question was initiated on May 13th. The winnings were earned from a wagered bonus. The bonus was a deposit bonus. I have previously received five successful withdrawals. Three withdrawals were successful via bank transfer and two withdrawals were successful via Revolut. The third withdrawal via Revolut never arrived. Customer support gave me conflicting information. I was told that the withdrawal was processed on May 15th, and another employee said it was processed on May 22nd.

Die betroffene Auszahlung wurde am 13.05 eröffnet. Die Gewinne wurden aus einem umgesetzten Bonus erspielt. Der Bonus war ein Einzahlungsbonus. Ich habe davor 5 Auszahlungen erfolgreich erhalten. 3 Auszahlungen waren erfolgreich über Banküberweisung und 2 Auszahlungen waren erfolgreich über Revolut. Die 3. Auszahlung über Revolut ist nicht angekommen. Der Kundensupport erzählt mir wiedersprüchliche Informationen. Es wurde erzählt, dass die Auszahlung am 15.05 durchgeführt wurde und von einem anderen Mitarbeiter wurde gesagt, dass die Auszahlung am 22.05 durchgeführt wurde.

When you show a withdrawal as completed, I assume it's in my account. It never arrived. If you need to credit this amount to my account, you need to inform me. With a casino account balance of approximately €90,000, I don't notice anything like that, apart from the fact that I received €500 on May 19th and was told the missing €500 was paid out on May 22nd. Something must be wrong!

If there's an error in the transaction, they can't mark the transaction as completed, credit me the money, and not provide me with any information about it. They have to inform me if the payment has failed. I've been waiting for the payout the whole time, and it hasn't arrived. They're crediting me with the withdrawal with a deposit without informing me and without me noticing. In my opinion, this borders on fraud.

I sincerely request that you convey to the casino that a withdrawal that is marked as completed is considered a successful withdrawal in the eyes of a player. If the withdrawal fails, the player must be notified that the funds have been/will be credited back to their account. This way, the whole thing went unnoticed. It's unacceptable.

Sie müssen mich informieren wenn die Zahlung fehlgeschlagen ist. Ich warte die ganze Zeit auf die Auszahlung und die ist nicht eingetroffen. Sie schreiben mir die Auszahlung mit einer Einzahlung gut, ohne dass ich davon Info bekomme und es nicht merke. In meinen Augen grenzt das schon fast an Betrug.

Ich bitte sie aufrichtig, dass sie dem Casino vermitteln, dass eine Auszahlung die auf abgeschlossen steht in den Augen eines Spielers als erfolgreiche Auszahlung gesehen wird. Wenn die Auszahlung fehlschlägt muss der Spieler eine Information bekommen, dass das Geld wieder auf das Spielerkonto gebucht wird/ wurde. So blieb das ganze unbemerkt. Es ist nicht akzeptabel.
