Good morning, I really always play at 1xslots. I'm always happy with it, until a few days ago, when it wouldn't let me withdraw the money I have. I made a withdrawal request, it was approved, and a day later, something else was rejected. I started it again and I'm still waiting for the money. I really like the casino; it's quite comprehensive, and they always have bonus ideas, in addition to a cashback option. Right now, I'm a sapphire. But they've been failing me with the response to my withdrawal, with no solution. It's a shame because it leaves me with a bitter taste when I have an issue. I hope they can fix these things that make customers feel bad.

Buenos dias, realmente siempre juego en 1xslots. Encantada siempre, hasta hace unos dias que no me permite retirar el dinero que tengo. Hago la solicitud de retiro, la aprueba y luego de 1 dia y algo me la rechaza. Volví a generarla y aun sigo a la espera del dinero. Realmente me gusta mucho el casino, es bastante completo y siempre tienen ideas de bonos, ademas de la de devolución, en estos momentos soy zafiro. Pero me vienen fallando con la respuesta de mi retiro, sin solución. Una lastima porque me deja un gusto amargo al momento de tener un incoveniente, ojala puedan solucionar estas cosas que hacen que el cliente la pase mal.
