Wanting to close account due to addiction but dont want to lose my funds of 14000euro

I have 14000 euros in my account with WYNS CASINO I have recently realised I have gambling addiction and am wanting to close my account with them for this reason as they do not offer safer gambling tools either, I only have a daily limit of 500 euro and a monthly limit of withdrawals are approved 3 days after your request and only between 9am and 5pm you can have 3 pending withdrawals and it takes 3 days after one is paid out to have the next one approved this will take me around 25 weeks to withdrawal all my money i am seeking advice on if there is anyway to withdrawal my money any faster in order to close my account without losing any funds so I can sort my gambling addiction out as they are only avoiding my help withdrawal my money because of my addiction repeating in an email that it could lose all my funds if I close my account

There VIP Program works on a 90 day calendar that all I could be told on that so I agree betting to reach a higher level wouldn't be a good idea at all when they couldn't event state how can reach the next level and they next level is still only 500 euro day they monthly limit goes up to 10000 from 7000 so its not much difference anyhow according to the payment process it's going to take over 6 months to withdrawal my money thats if the comply to the terms and conditions, im still waiting on the first withdrawal from 8 days ago now so it's not looking good at all, Thanks for your advice though its looking like I'm going to have to withdrawal 500 euro every 2 weeks for the next 6months thats if they actually process in the time frames stated in there terms and conditions as mentioned my first one is already days late

I think that if you end up waiting 14 days or more for a €500 withdrawal, I would definitely recommend filing a complaint on our website, at least as a precaution. I've started complaints process i understand your site is affiliated with them hints there high safety index on your site and being in your top casino yet anywhere else they are reviewed poorly with many complaints or pending withdrawals go well pass terms and conditions payout timeframe which happens but not weeks/ months outside of that and continuously or not paid out at all ive even seen accounts closed without reason after having a big win
