Hey everyone!

I am closing in on two years now. I haven't made a single deposit, but I dared myself and played some DEMO slots with fake money, and I learned two things.

The fake money would eventually run out. And I could still recognize the anxiety I felt when I played up my last euro, which made me thankful it was only fake money.

I tried to feel if I wanted to play again, and sure, I remember the excitement and the dopamine kick, but I asked myself the most important question ever -

"Will I be satisfied with making just this single deposit, or will I risk falling back into my addiction?"

The answer was easy, and I grew bored playing the slots, and haven't tried the DEMO slots for some months now.

I do not struggle anymore, because this is something I have disconnected myself from totally.

It’s really good to hear that you managed to get out of that situation. I know it definitely isn’t easy, and dealing with gambling addiction can completely change a person’s life.

So if you’ve been doing well for several years now and haven’t felt pulled back into it, I’m genuinely glad to hear that.

Almost two years without a deposit is huge. The fact that even demo slots brought back that anxiety says a lot — staying away completely seems like the right call.
