I believe that when this casino requires some kind of certificate, they should also explain or even show you what it should look like so you can provide it.
Have you tried to ask for some example from the support?
Also, may I ask why they ask for this? I don't fully understand the reason, actually.

Iam unable to withdraw my money and asking it for verification, they have really stressed me they don't want to provide clear requirements for the document.
