Hey i want to share my experience with Casinos licensed at Anjoun gaming. I have tried to self exclude att multiple sites under their licensed, both via support and Anjouns own self exclusion form under the license seal but neither seems to work.


I excluded with the seal at wettson.com, raging Bull casino but neither worked. Wettson i tried to exclude due to gambling addiction by email and instead got offered a free bonus. When i still wanted to exclude they told me to fill in a convuleted form even though i had already been verified by kyc and the max available exclusion time was just 30 days. They say they can not exclude for longer. The anjoun form allows for a permanent choice but this seems to be a total Sham since im still allowed to login 2 months after using the form. Anjoun and their Adr Egis-Adr does not answer communication at all. Be careful if you have gambling problems, i still get frequent offers from wettson of bonuses even though i asked them to remove me from their marketing. The business idea seems to be to target gambling addicts specifically.

Hello, to potentially spare others negative experiences, I would like to say that Anjouan does not actively self-exclude players from casinos it regulates. It only said (quite vaguely) that those casinos must somehow offer this option to players.

I'm sorry you have to go through such an ordeal.

Generally speaking, offshore casinos are not, in this regard, very safe for addicted players. Also, Anjouan does not provide concrete ADR services, as far as I can tell.

Sadly, receiving promotional offers despite account closures due to gambling addiction is common, and we cannot help unless those offers are sent directly by the casino. In most cases, other companies handle those promos.

The main issue is not whether a form exists, but how effectively it works in reality and how consistently it is enforced across licensed casinos.

Based on what we usually see, these systems often do not work as strongly or as centrally as players expect.
