Θέλω να ρωτήσω, ήμουν 2ος σε ένα τουρνουά αλλά δεν έχω λάβει ακόμα το έπαθλο. Ξέρετε πόσο καιρό χρειάζεται; Ευχαριστώ.

Usually it takes about one to two weeks, but recently it can take a bit longer because Juraj first needs to send emails to players in winning positions, and they need to confirm them. After that, Juraj receives the prizes and then distributes them to the players.

So basically, if you have placed in the rankings, the only thing required from your side is to confirm the email when it arrives from us, and then it’s just a matter of waiting. As I said, I don’t want to promise you 100% that it will be within a week, two, or three, but you will definitely receive your prize, so there is no need to worry.
