Hey guys I’m in australia and I want to know how to make a formal

complaint for the casino, balifortune that is run by spin oasis, fabspins and velvet spins. Who do you contact? I want this site shut down so no one else looses money.

Well, you should contact the licensing authority. IF the casino is licensed.

Honestly, I fear that you as an individual can't force the casino to get closed.

im not saying I as an individual will be able to do this but I know a lot of people aren’t happy and if they face the same issues that I have and we all

complain then something will be done.

Fine by me, I was concerned when you wrote "I want this site shut down so no one else looses money."

Sadly, the problem with the missing license still persists.

So the best shot would be an experienced lawyer, I guess.

Getting a casino to refund you deposited funds is the equivalent to getting the proverbial blood out of. A stone. If they are licensed you could submit a complaint to them stating the issue and they could tell the casino to issue you a refund. See what Casino Guru say as this is a serious issue

Maybe it would be good to mention that we see rules that limit possible winnings acquired by using real funds only as unfair.

I can see that you submitted the complaint and I wish you good luck with that. Complaints have their own special threads and are kept aside from the forum, the player only communicated with the guru who is taking care of the particular case, so players usually comment about its progress here on the forum as well - to make it feel more public.
