its been over 2 weeks after verification stake.com still doesn’t release my account and doesn’t allow to withdraw or play games i have contact their support both gmail and on the live account they told me the compliance team are still reviewing my account its been over 2 weeks now they started the review in now worried a lot as I don’t know what else to do can anyone help me here please I would be glad I have seen people have their issue solved here

Yes I have withdraw very well from stake.com and I have also deposit very well and wagered lot of bets,
this issue happened May and the day it happened I withdraw $2000 and I the next morning they said my account is on withdrawal mode and before I can withdraw I need to verify level 3 and 4 it took me a month to have the verification done because of their stress and document requested after verification it’s beenn over 2 weeks now going to 16 days I’m fully verified and they aren’t allowing me to withdraw they keep saying compliance team is reviewing why is the reviewing taking longer they said they don’t have anything to say to it
I truly hope, then, that they will communicate with our complaint team when the time comes and explain the whole situation.

No I didn’t violate rules they said I need to verify to level 4 before I can withdraw how long is this going to take?

Yes everything was sent I’m fully verified but they still didn’t allow me to withdraw my account is verified to level 4 they didn’t ask me to provide anything more
