Hi, To withdraw i have to verify my account. They did not reject my proof of adress but they rejected copies of id 2 times and also a proof om my deposit which i downloaded from my bank and send to them. If they just not find my passport pics sharp enough they could be genuine but because they also reject my proof of deposit which is never rejected in my life you know they are not. They are slow with responding too. Long story short :don't deposit there and tell others not to do too (which is in the digital age easy to do, at least🙂).

After first time I did upload proof of address and passport i got message after couple of days that i needed to post clearer pic of passport + a proof of deposit. After i did that a couple of days later i got again a message to send clearer pic of passport +proof of deposit so maybe they just overlooked my new documents.....

Radka, Thanks but now i am waiting for withdrawing. After 3 days its was not processed and now after 4 days it says wrong email or password when i try to log in . When it is not wrong passpord or email. Need to reach chat to change password. But can not reach live chat. Another game. But I don't need to log in if they just process my withdraw from my verified account. I am not someone who does immediatley a cyber attack or something when (maybe) scammed so I just wait some more to see if they pay out. I will keep you posted🙂

They said they have rejected my winnings account for irregular play. I did wager 100 on a match payed out 215 and a 100 euro freebet on it too 215 and a bit roullete what can be more regular.. Total account was 405 euro. They first le me submit so many documents again and again and then do this. I have my own ways but appreciate any extra help from you guys🙂

The gambling commision in holland who authoritice fines are looking into it. Not sure i can proof that i did place over 300 euro in bets and did deposit 100 and final balance of 405 because they immediatley deleted account to hide proof. But they can still be getting millions of fines for advertising...

Hi Radka , the casino is not on the list to select . It is a casino with a sportbook BTW. The national gambling association is looking into . They will not communicate further with me. But based on history they will have to leave holland( you need a license here) +fine.
