My complaint to ggbet casino was closed, after that I clicked the "resume complaint" button and clarified the issue. I haven't received any feedback in the mail and now this button is gone and I can't resume the complaint. What can I do?

You probably won't receive any feedback because your complaint was closed correctly. It seems there's no way to proceed since you tried to verify two accounts using the same documents.

I already mentioned that my friend and I registered together. But we didn't even upload any documents to the second account. Why are they talking about the same documents?

I have no idea why the casino is saying that. That’s what I gathered from your complaint and what the casino apparently provided to the mediator.

If you have anything else, you could try emailing the person who handled the case, but I can’t guarantee that things will go the way you want.
