It says right there at the bottom of the screenshot that it may take 1 to 2 weeks to verify you are not a robot, that's their way of saying it may take up to 2 weeks to pay you. Usually with big redemption request it takes longer to receive the payout, not sure why, but i have seen this in several different platforms. Hopefully this helps.

I see your issue was resolved how did you resolve and how long did it take ? I’ve had no issue pulling out other large amounts like $900 but I tried $1500 yesterday and still no payout
No, but when I get close to 50 it takes it away so I can never cash out. I dont have alot to put out either, bit all the same I play with the sc coin.
