King Billy casino withholding my 200k

I recently had quite large wins, my account was verified, I had been able to make 5 small withdrawals of $3000 there is still just over 200k in my wallet.

All communication stopped other than I think two emails saying that the management needed to look at my account.

j got an email a few hours ago saying that my funds are not being held but still no explanation about why they aren’t letting me withdraw the money.

so I’ve received an email from a ViP manager trying to get me to accept an offer of 35k stating it can be paid right away if I want to accept it and not continue with my complaint.

she states I could have 35k right now instead of waiting for the regulator to go through everything. They know I have won the money fairly.

Hello, first of all, let me congratulate you on winning such an impressive sum. I have to admit I find the rest quite confusing. From what you’ve described, the casino paid you a small portion of your winnings, then started reviewing your account, and you haven’t been able to withdraw the remaining balance.

What I find especially confusing, though, is the settlement offer. Do I understand correctly that you’ve already lodged a complaint with the licensing authority, and the casino is now offering you $35,000 to settle the matter and stop pursuing your complaint, even though you still have over $200,000 in your account?

I mean, on what basis are they proposing this? Have they explained why they’re offering only part of the remaining balance? Has the casino mentioned any specific issue with your account or gameplay that could affect your ability to withdraw the rest? I’m trying to understand what reason, if any, they’ve given you for all this.

Either way, I’m really glad you’ve lodged a complaint with Casino Guru too. I’d say such a large sum is worth a closer look, and the circumstances surrounding the remaining balance do seem concerning.

So this was the attempt of trying to pay me not even half and her reason because I’ve made a complaint

ive honestly tried asking why they won’t allow me to withdraw anything I get no answer to it.. its really bizarre

Okay, is it just me, or does the agent’s or manager’s wording sound quite manipulative? I mean, I’m still not sure what’s preventing the casino from paying the full amount. They seem to acknowledge that you were very lucky, but I personally don’t like the part about not making things complicated for either of you.

I understand that, according to the casino’s terms, once a player lodges a complaint, management has to handle it rather than regular support. Okay, that makes sense. However, the way I see it, the complaint is about you being unable to withdraw your remaining balance, for reasons that are still unclear. So why suggest that the complaint itself is making the withdrawal situation worse? What else is a player supposed to think, other than that the casino simply doesn’t want to pay out such a large sum?

I strongly suggest adding all those screenshots to the complaint thread so the mediators can go through them. It will take some time to review everything, and with so much money involved, it’s important to understand the full picture. At least to me, the situation is still rather unclear.

Please be patient, and don’t give up on the complaint.

There is no way I’m giving up on it. There is not one thing I did wrong.. that’s why she is unable to give me an answer, it’s as simple as they do not want to pay that large of a Pay out..

she even writes in there that if end up getting it because they know they are in the wrong and I’m sure the gaming commission is going to love that they are trying to do dodgy deals to get out of paying players full winnings..
