Hello,


After I attempted to request a withdrawal on https://gambiva7.com, my account was suddenly blocked or deleted. I can no longer log in, and I have not received any explanation for this. My account had just been successfully verified, and right after my withdrawal request was rejected, I lost access completely.


I am requesting that my account be restored with my funds still available, so I can request the withdrawal again.


Has anyone else experienced this issue, or knows how to resolve it?

Hi, since you didn't find out why your account was blocked or what exactly happened, it's a shame. I would say that's probably the most important part of the whole story, but never mind.

I would recommend filing a complaint with us and we will try to investigate what might have happened.

I’ve already tried doing this, but the casino doesn’t appear in the list, so I wasn’t able to submit a complaint.

That is no problem. You are unable to see the casino on the list because of your country's restrictions, actually.

Just choose any casino from the list and explain to our team which casino does the complaint really belong to. We will fix everything.
