Sorry lucky hill is not the problem its pragmatic i didnt want to give lucky hill in trouble when it was pragmatic so thats ehy I close it did I do something wrong by going that?

I advised you with opening the complaint and you closed it. You told me it's resolved and now you are telling me it's not the case. 🙂 Why?
The thing that you can't withdraw money from this casino is not problem of PragmaticPlay. I hope you understand that.

I understand that you didn't want to get the casino into trouble, but just because you're filing a complaint doesn't necessarily mean you've gotten the casino into trouble.
As for the Pragmatic Play provider, it's not possible to file a complaint against them here. Complaints can only be filed against the casino.
So I’d like to know what this game provider did if you want to file a complaint against them.
In other words, if it’s not against the casino, reopening the case won’t be possible.
Try to describe it for me please. I mean about Pragmatic Play.

Honestly go for it let help me get this back off the casino cause I realise im VIP there but they didnt support about my matter they kept telling bets were accounts when all 8 to 9 rounds there technical issues but they claimed otherwise when it clearly say bets not accepted and something didnt click you can bet next round. I got photo and proof its a technical issues. Let's open this case again. Im sorry Jaro but lets go this thsnk you for helping me again.

Please reach out to Tomas tell him to delete all the emails I sent but 1 of them has 16 photo it in keep that one and thhe rest deleted them its confusing him because I sent them 1 by one 1 email I sent got 16 photo keep that one it explains the situation
