Trying to get chargeback with starling and bank of Scotland

I've just learned about chargeback s, I'm with starling and BOS, starling are being very difficult, scrutinizing every transaction and that I approved them in the app, I don't know what to say or do! Do I be honest and say it's gambling, the merchants have said it's retail. Can someone help me out please, I have hundreds of transactions amounting to about 20k

Hey, I don't have much experience with chargebacks because I've never done it.
