I made two withdrawals from this casino on October 17th and October 18th. Today is Thursday, October 22nd, and I still haven’t received any information about the status of my withdrawals.

When I try to contact them via live chat, I’m talking to a bot. I also emailed them, but they only replied after two days, and it was another bot response.

Honestly, I have no idea what to do to get my money back.
