Complaints about casinos not on your list?

I’d like to submit complaints about likely scam casinos not closing my accounts when requested but they don’t appear on any of your lists as far as I can see?

its Zombillion and Nightluck which are sister sites and seem to have numerous different addresses with different numbers in….how can I proceed?

From what I checked, we indeed don’t have the first casino you mentioned. As for the second one, I found this link in our database: https://nightluck.com/ — could it perhaps be the same casino?

And if you want to submit a complaint, you can still do so even if the casino isn’t listed in the complaint form. You just need to select the option for a casino that isn’t in our database.

Anyway, could you tell me a bit more about your situation? I can see that you want to close your account, so could you explain what exactly is going on and why you want it closed?

Great thanks. I have asked for my accounts to be closed and there was some back and forward email with them trying to persuade me to stay…I have insisted but they remain open so I wanted to share my expense on here to spread the word.
