I've been locked out of Yukon Gold while waiting for over $5000 to be withdrawn and deposited.
I suspect this arose because I previously complained to a chat agent about the odds of a specific game when at the Zodiac casino. When they asked me what I wanted to do, I said block me. When prompted in an email, I said self exclude.
But that was for Zodiac and I did not realize that they were affiliated with Yukon.
After the Zodiac self exclude I signed up at Yukon with the same KYC details and played for a week, and won over $5000. During the time, Yukon kept sending me promotions, free spins, Platinum status etc.
Right up to when they locked my account about 5 days after I initiated a withdrawal of my funds.
Out of curiosity during this week I saw that my access to Zodiac remained open in terms of accessing bonuses. It said I couldn't deposit but I could play.
So what does this all mean?
- I self excluded from Zodiac after complaining about odds on a game
- I signed up at Yukon Gold, winning over $5000.
- Now Yukon has locked my account and directed me to Risk Management
Seems like they are trying to retroactively impose self exclusion at Yukon AFTER I won.
