Ο λογαριασμός έχει ανασταλεί στο betway αλλά κάνουν την ίδια πληρωμή και δίνουν σφάλματα κουλοχέρη

Καλημέρα χθες άνοιξα λογαριασμό στο bet way πλήρωσα με μια κάρτα που δεν είναι δική μου γιατί δεν ήξερα ότι το αποτέλεσμα του ανασταλμένου λογαριασμού δεν ήταν δυνατό ... αλλά με έβαλαν να πληρώσω ούτως ή άλλως και μετά ανακάλυψαν ότι είχε ανασταλεί χθες ... επίσης πολλά λάθη με στιγμιότυπα οθόνης

I'm glad you submitted the complaint! Without it, I would never understand the core of your issues, though following up on the current state of your complaint is not easy at all.

The way I see it, your account was suspended for further investigation, before or after (not sure really) after you used someones else's payment option. But as I also recall, this was not the only trouble you had.

Some technical complications occurred.

Ο λογαριασμός ανεστάλη στις 18 το απόγευμα και στις 19 κατέθεσα και έπαιξα με προβλήματα ...

Από ό,τι μπορώ να διαβάσω μετά την αναστολή δεν είναι δυνατή η κατάθεση και η αναπαραγωγή, δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί στην περίπτωσή μου δεν ήταν έτσι και γιατί αυτή η υποδοχή μου δημιούργησε αυτά τα προβλήματα.

Υπάρχει κάτι που δεν πάει καλά.

Η υποστήριξη δεν απάντησε ποτέ στα email μου.
