I'm glad you submitted the complaint! Without it, I would never understand the core of your issues, though following up on the current state of your complaint is not easy at all.

The way I see it, your account was suspended for further investigation, before or after (not sure really) after you used someones else's payment option. But as I also recall, this was not the only trouble you had.
Some technical complications occurred.
I honestly hope there is a way to help you out.
