Καλημέρα σε όλους,
Έχω ήδη κάνει την καταγγελία μου και είμαι πολύ περίεργος να δω πώς θα εξελιχθεί αυτή η ιστορία.
Θα ήθελα περισσότεροι χρήστες να δουν αυτό το θέμα, επειδή αυτό που μου συνέβη είναι κάτι σουρεαλιστικό.
Με λίγα λόγια:
Κέρδισα ένα μεγάλο χρηματικό ποσό σε αυτό το καζίνο για πρώτη φορά από τον Ιανουάριο. Στις 28 Αυγούστου, περίπου στις 1:28 π.μ., έκανα ανάληψη 5.000 ευρώ και πήγα για ύπνο για να ξεκουραστώ, χωρίς να φαντάζομαι τι θα συνέβαινε την ίδια μέρα.
Εν τω μεταξύ, ξυπνάω γύρω στις 6:15 π.μ. / 6:20 π.μ. και πάω να ανοίξω τον λογαριασμό μου όπως κάνω πάντα, και τότε ξεκινά η ιστορία.
Συνδέομαι και μου λέει ότι τα δεδομένα είναι λάθος, προσπαθώ ξανά και ξανά μέχρι που το βρίσκω πολύ περίεργο και πηγαίνω στη συνομιλία για να μιλήσω με μια βοηθό που ονομάζεται JULIANA LIMA, της εξηγώ την κατάσταση και μου λέει ότι όλα είναι εντάξει με τον λογαριασμό μου και μου στέλνει μια εικόνα που λέει ότι είναι ενεργός. Μετά από αυτές τις πληροφορίες προσπαθώ ξανά και λόγω των διαφόρων προσπαθειών μπλοκάρω για 10 λεπτά.
Μπαίνω ξανά στη συνομιλία και μου λέει να δοκιμάσω να αλλάξω τον κωδικό πρόσβασής μου, είπα εντάξει και ότι μου φάνηκε περίεργο, αλλά αυτό είναι όλο.
Πάτησα την επιλογή "ξέχασα τον κωδικό πρόσβασης" και έλαβα ένα email στις 6:52 π.μ. με έναν κωδικό για ανάκτηση, αντέγραψα τον κωδικό, τον επικόλλησα και άλλαξα τον κωδικό πρόσβασης, προσπάθησα να συνδεθώ ξανά, αλλά, λόγω αρκετών προσπαθειών, έπρεπε να περιμένω 10 λεπτά.
Μετά από 10 λεπτά συνδέθηκα με τον νέο κωδικό πρόσβασης και κατάφερα να μπω στον λογαριασμό μου, αλλά προς έκπληξή μου ήταν μηδέν. Πανικοβλήθηκα και πήγα να μιλήσω ξανά με την JULIANA LIMA, η οποία είπε ότι όλα ήταν καλά με τον λογαριασμό μου, οι IP σύνδεσης ήταν αυτές που χρησιμοποιώ πάντα κ.λπ.... λέει ότι έχασα τα χρήματά μου επειδή έπαιζα, κάτι που είναι ΨΕΜΑ! Το λέω κιόλας και λέει ότι κάποιος άλλος στο σπίτι μου μπορεί να χρησιμοποίησε τον λογαριασμό, κάτι που της εξηγώ ότι κανείς δεν έχει πρόσβαση στον λογαριασμό μου και ότι παίζω στο κινητό μου.
Μου λέει να στείλω ένα email στην υποστήριξη όπως κάνουν συνήθως, αλλά πριν από αυτό πήγα να δω το ιστορικό του λογαριασμού μου από περιέργεια και παρατήρησα ότι από τις 6 το πρωί ώρα ΠΟΡΤΟΓΑΛΙΑΣ, χρησιμοποιούσαν τον λογαριασμό μου για να παίξουν, ακόμα και όταν λάμβανα τον κωδικό στο email για να αλλάξω τον κωδικό πρόσβασης που έπαιζαν μέχρι να βάλουν τον λογαριασμό μου στο 0.
Αυτή είναι μια περίληψη επειδή έχω καταγράψει όλες τις συνομιλίες καθώς και το ιστορικό των παιχνιδιών που κατά τη γνώμη μου διεξήχθησαν από κάποιον μέσα στο ίδιο το καζίνο, ώστε να μην μου πληρώσουν τα 52725 € που κέρδισα ακριβώς, επειδή αν αναλύσουμε ακόμα και αν ο λογαριασμός είχε παραβιαστεί, οι χάκερ θα έκαναν ανάληψη των χρημάτων και δεν θα έπαιζαν.
Γκουρού τώρα θέλω να δω σε ποιο βαθμό θα δώσεις λόγο στο καζίνο με όλα τα στοιχεία που έχω και τα χρονοδιαγράμματα που δεν ταιριάζουν με τίποτα σωστά.
Ως αποτέλεσμα αυτής της κατάστασης, βρίσκομαι σε πολύ άσχημη ψυχολογική κατάσταση. Έχω ήδη στείλει email στην υποστήριξη του καζίνο, όπου μου απαντούν ότι ελέγχουν την κατάσταση, αλλά δεν μπορώ να κάνω τόση υπομονή επειδή πρόκειται για μια πολύ σοβαρή κατάσταση. Έρχομαι να ζητήσω την υποστήριξη και τη βοήθειά σας και να καταλάβω αν τα GURUCASINOS είναι πραγματικά αμερόληπτα απέναντι στα ΚΑΖΙΝΟ ΠΟΥ ΔΙΝΟΥΝ ΚΡΙΤΙΚΕΣ.

In a nutshell :
I won a large sum of money in this casino for the first time since January. On August 28th, at about 1:28 a.m., I made a withdrawal of 5,000 euros and went to bed to rest, not imagining what would happen that same day.
In the meantime, I wake up at around 6.15 a.m. / 6.20 a.m. and go to open my account as I always do, and then the story begins.
I log in and it says that the data is wrong, I try again and again until I find it very strange and I go to the chat to speak to an assistant who goes by the name of JULIANA LIMA, I explain the situation and she tells me that everything is fine with my account and sends me an image saying that it is active after this information I try again and due to the various attempts I am blocked for 10 minutes.
I go to the chat again and it tells me to try changing my password, I said ok and that I thought it was strange but that's it.
I clicked on the forgot password option and received an e-mail at 6.52am with a code for recovery, copied the code, pasted it in and changed the password, tried to log in again but, due to several attempts, I had to wait 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes I logged in with the new password and managed to get into my account, but to my surprise it was zero, I panicked and went to talk to JULIANA LIMA again, who said that everything was fine with my account, the login ips were the ones I always use etc.... she says that I've lost my money because I've been playing, which is a LIE! I even say that and she says that someone else in my house may have used the account, which I explain that no one has access to my account and where I play is on my cell phone.
She tells me to send an e-mail to support as they usually do, but before that I went to see the history of my account out of curiosity and I noticed that from 6 in the morning PORTUGAL time, they used my account to play, even while I was receiving the code in the e-mail to change the password they were playing until they put my account at 0.
This is a summary because I have all the conversations recorded as well as the history of the games that was carried out in my opinion by someone within the casino itself so that they would not pay me the 52725 € that I won precisely, because if we analyze even if the account was hacked the hackers would withdraw the money and not play.
Guru now I want to see to what extent you will give reason to the casino with all the evidence I have and schedules that do not match anything right.
As a result of this situation I am in a very bad way psychologically, I have already sent emails to the casino support which they reply that they are checking the situation but I can't be so patient because this is a very serious situation, and I come to ask for your support and help and to understand if GURUCASINOS IS REALLY IMPARTIAL WITH THE CASINOS THAT GIVE REVIEWS.
NOW I'LL HAVE THAT PROOF !
AND IF THE CASINO DOESN'T MAKE EXCUSES IT WILL ALWAYS HAVE MY CONSIDERATION AND POSITIVE EVALUATION AND I WILL DEMONSTRATE TO EVERYONE THAT THEY DID EVERYTHING RIGHT AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM.

Informo que já fiz a minha reclamação e estou muito curioso a ver o desfecho desta história.
Queria que mais utilizadores viessem ver este tópico porque o que aconteceu comigo é algo Surreal.
Resumindo :
Ganhei uma grande quantia neste casino pela primeira vez que estou registado já desde Janeiro, no dia 28 de Agosto de madrugada era mais ou menos 1h28 da manhã faço um saque de 5 mil euros e vou para a cama descansar, não imaginando o que nesse mesmo dia iria acontecer.
Entretanto acordo por volta das 6h15 /6h20 da manhã e vou abrir a minha conta como fazia sempre e ai começa a história.
Faço login e diz que os dados estão errados, tento mais uma vez e mais uma até que achei muito estranho e fui ao chat falar com um assistente que dá o nome de JULIANA LIMA, explico a situação a qual me diz que está tudo bem na minha conta e manda me uma imagem a dizer que está ativa após essa informação tento de novo e derivado às várias tentativas fico bloqueado por 10 minutos.
Vou novamente ao chat a qual me diz para tentar mudar a password ,eu disse ok e que estava achar estranho mas pronto.
Cliquei na opção esqueci da password e recebo o e-mail às 6h52 com o codigo para proceder a recuperação, copio o código, colo e altero a password, tento entrar novamente mas derivado às várias tentativas tive que aguardar os 10 minutos.
Passado os 10 minutos faço o login com a nova palavra passe e consigo entrar na minha conta, mas para minha supresa estava a zeros, entrei em pânico e fui falar novamente com a JULIANA LIMA, a qual diz que está tudo bem com a minha conta os ips de login são os que sempre uso etc.... , com a conversa diz que eu fiquei sem o meu dinheiro pois estive a jogar o que é MENTIRA ! inclusive eu digo isso e ela ainda refere que pode ter sido outra pessoa da minha casa a usar a conta, o qual explico que ninguém tem acesso a minha conta e onde eu jogo e no telemóvel.
Manda me mandar e-mail para o suporte como costumam fazer, mas antes disso fui por curiosidade ver o histórico da minha conta e reparo que a partir das 6 da manhã horário de PORTUGAL, usaram a minha conta para jogar , inclusive enquanto eu estava a receber o código no e-mail para alterar a password estavam a fazer jogadas até colocar a minha conta a 0.
Isto é um resumo porque tenho todas as conversas gravadas como o histórico das jogadas que foi realizado a meu ver por alguém dentro do próprio casino para não me pagarem os 52725€ que ganhei justamente, pois se formos a analisar mesmo que a conta tenha sido hackeada os hackers iriam retirar o dinheiro e não jogar .
Guru agora quero ver até que ponto vocês irão dar razão ao casino com todas as provas que tenho e horários que não batem nada certo.
Derivado a esta situação estou muito mal psicologicamente, já mandei e-mails ao suporte do casino o qual respondem que estão a verificar a situação mas não consigo ser tão paciente pois isto é uma situação gravíssima, e venho pedir o vosso apoio e ajuda e perceber se realmente a GURUCASINOS É IMPARCIAL COM OS CASINOS QUE DÃO AVALIAÇÃO.
AGORA VOU TER ESSA PROVA !
