I want to share my experience with Kavbet (kavbet.com), an operator running on the EveryMatrix platform, and warn other players.

On 14 April 2026, I received a successful crypto withdrawal of 9,823 USDT at 05:05 in the morning. The same evening, after completing KYC (approved in 3 minutes), crypto withdrawals were disabled for my account. Support said bank transfer only.

When I asked about EcoPayz (visible on withdrawal page), support confirmed it was available. Two minutes later, the same agent retracted it as an "error message."

693,000 TRY is locked in my account. I submitted an EcoPayz withdrawal — accepted then rejected.

I found at least 4 other players on Turkey's largest complaint platform reporting the exact same pattern with Kavbet: crypto deposit → KYC → crypto disabled → bank transfer forced. Amounts: 270K, 271K, 453K, 693K TRY. This is systematic.

I have filed complaints with CasinoGuru (complaint submitted), Anjouan licensing authority, and EveryMatrix directly.

Has anyone else experienced this with Kavbet or other EveryMatrix operators? Any advice?

The main issue is this: Kavbet selectively disabled crypto withdrawals for my account after a successful same-day crypto payout. The only remaining method offered is bank transfer.

I am not left entirely without a withdrawal method — bank transfer is available. But this creates a serious problem: I deposited and had been withdrawing via crypto for a long time. Being forced into bank transfer for a large balance carries significant risks for players in my region that the operator is fully aware of. This is why the operator's pattern of disabling crypto specifically after large balances accumulate (not for smaller accounts) appears deliberate.

On Şikayetvar I found 4 other Kavbet players reporting the identical pattern — crypto deposit → KYC → crypto withdrawal disabled → bank transfer forced. Amounts from 270K to 693K TRY. Same script every time.

A formal complaint is also in progress with Casino Guru's complaint team (Attila is handling it). I'll share updates here as they come.

In any case, it's kind of a funny thing for offshore or unlicensed casinos in particular: on one hand, it makes sense that given those circumstances, players can feel like this is some kind of plan; on the other hand, casinos without local licenses are not entirely used to keeping track of the local specifics, so when you say the casino surely knows bank transfers are risky, I'll leave without comment, if you catch my drift. I'm not familiar with the site or its licenses.

Luckily, more will be discussed in the complaint I reckon. 👌

Hi Radka, thank you for following up. The risk isn't about local regulation specifically — it's about the fundamental difference between crypto and bank transfer as payment methods. Crypto offers direct wallet-to-wallet transfer with no intermediary exposure. Bank transfer involves third-party financial institutions, creates permanent banking records, and exposes the player to risks that don't exist with crypto. When a player deposits and withdraws via crypto for years without issues, and the operator suddenly forces bank transfer only after a large balance accumulates, the motivation is clear. The operator knows many players will either accept the unfavorable method or — more likely — get frustrated and gamble away the balance. That's the business model here. I'll wait for Attila's process to develop and share updates. Thanks for your support.

Thank you; that makes sense. I understand that switching from crypto to regular transfers is not convenient, but if this method is the only way to withdraw, I would say it still counts.

In any case, I respect that you see some patterns in that approach. I usually witness quite the opposite events, for example, to be honest. Players I've talked to are not happy about switching to crypto. It is about the specifics and preferences, I reckon.

But consider this: if a player deposits exclusively via crypto for years, receives successful crypto withdrawals on the same day, and then the operator disables that specific method only after a large balance builds up — while keeping it active for other players — that's not a payment method preference issue. That's a selective restriction designed to create friction. The 4 other identical cases on Şikayetvar confirm this isn't about method availability, it's about a pattern. But you're right, Attila's process will address this properly. Thanks for the discussion.
