Kavbet — Crypto disabled after same-day payout

Θέλω να μοιραστώ την εμπειρία μου με την Kavbet (kavbet.com), έναν πάροχο που λειτουργεί στην πλατφόρμα EveryMatrix, και να προειδοποιήσω τους άλλους παίκτες.

Στις 14 Απριλίου 2026, έλαβα μια επιτυχημένη ανάληψη κρυπτονομισμάτων ύψους 9.823 USDT στις 05:05 το πρωί. Το ίδιο βράδυ, αφού ολοκλήρωσα το KYC (εγκρίθηκε σε 3 λεπτά), οι αναλήψεις κρυπτονομισμάτων απενεργοποιήθηκαν για τον λογαριασμό μου. Η υποστήριξη ανέφερε ότι γίνεται μόνο με τραπεζική μεταφορά.

Όταν ρώτησα για το EcoPayz (ορατό στη σελίδα ανάληψης), η υποστήριξη επιβεβαίωσε ότι ήταν διαθέσιμο. Δύο λεπτά αργότερα, ο ίδιος εκπρόσωπος το απέσυρε ως «μήνυμα σφάλματος».

693.000 TRY είναι κλειδωμένα στον λογαριασμό μου. Υπέβαλα ανάληψη από το EcoPayz — έγινε δεκτή και στη συνέχεια απορρίφθηκε.

Βρήκα τουλάχιστον 4 άλλους παίκτες στη μεγαλύτερη πλατφόρμα παραπόνων της Τουρκίας που ανέφεραν ακριβώς το ίδιο μοτίβο με την Kavbet: κατάθεση σε κρυπτονομίσματα → KYC → απενεργοποιημένα κρυπτονομίσματα → αναγκαστική τραπεζική μεταφορά. Ποσά: 270.000, 271.000, 453.000, 693.000 TRY. Αυτό είναι συστηματικό.

Έχω υποβάλει καταγγελίες στο CasinoGuru (υποβλήθηκε καταγγελία), στην αρχή αδειοδότησης του Anjouan και απευθείας στο EveryMatrix.

Έχει βιώσει κανείς άλλος κάτι τέτοιο με την Kavbet ή άλλους τελεστές EveryMatrix; Κάποια συμβουλή;

I want to share my experience with Kavbet (kavbet.com), an operator running on the EveryMatrix platform, and warn other players.

On 14 April 2026, I received a successful crypto withdrawal of 9,823 USDT at 05:05 in the morning. The same evening, after completing KYC (approved in 3 minutes), crypto withdrawals were disabled for my account. Support said bank transfer only.

When I asked about EcoPayz (visible on withdrawal page), support confirmed it was available. Two minutes later, the same agent retracted it as an "error message."

693,000 TRY is locked in my account. I submitted an EcoPayz withdrawal — accepted then rejected.

I found at least 4 other players on Turkey's largest complaint platform reporting the exact same pattern with Kavbet: crypto deposit → KYC → crypto disabled → bank transfer forced. Amounts: 270K, 271K, 453K, 693K TRY. This is systematic.

I have filed complaints with CasinoGuru (complaint submitted), Anjouan licensing authority, and EveryMatrix directly.

Has anyone else experienced this with Kavbet or other EveryMatrix operators? Any advice?

Το κύριο πρόβλημα είναι το εξής: Η Kavbet απενεργοποίησε επιλεκτικά τις αναλήψεις κρυπτονομισμάτων για τον λογαριασμό μου μετά από μια επιτυχημένη πληρωμή κρυπτονομισμάτων την ίδια ημέρα. Η μόνη μέθοδος που προσφέρεται είναι η τραπεζική μεταφορά.

Δεν έχω μείνει εντελώς χωρίς μέθοδο ανάληψης — διατίθεται τραπεζική μεταφορά. Αλλά αυτό δημιουργεί ένα σοβαρό πρόβλημα: Έκανα κατάθεση και έκανα ανάληψη μέσω κρυπτονομισμάτων για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα. Το να αναγκάζομαι να κάνω τραπεζική μεταφορά για ένα μεγάλο υπόλοιπο ενέχει σημαντικούς κινδύνους για τους παίκτες στην περιοχή μου, τους οποίους ο χειριστής γνωρίζει πλήρως. Αυτός είναι ο λόγος για τον οποίο το μοτίβο του χειριστή να απενεργοποιεί τα κρυπτονομίσματα ειδικά μετά τη συσσώρευση μεγάλων υπολοίπων (όχι για μικρότερους λογαριασμούς) φαίνεται σκόπιμο.

Στο Şikayetvar βρήκα 4 άλλους παίκτες της Kavbet που ανέφεραν το ίδιο μοτίβο — κατάθεση σε κρυπτονομίσματα → KYC → απενεργοποιημένη ανάληψη από κρυπτονομίσματα → αναγκαστική τραπεζική μεταφορά. Ποσά από 270.000 έως 693.000 TRY. Το ίδιο σενάριο κάθε φορά.

Μια επίσημη καταγγελία βρίσκεται επίσης σε εξέλιξη με την ομάδα καταγγελιών του Casino Guru (την χειρίζεται ο Attila). Θα κοινοποιήσω ενημερώσεις εδώ μόλις προκύψουν.

The main issue is this: Kavbet selectively disabled crypto withdrawals for my account after a successful same-day crypto payout. The only remaining method offered is bank transfer.

I am not left entirely without a withdrawal method — bank transfer is available. But this creates a serious problem: I deposited and had been withdrawing via crypto for a long time. Being forced into bank transfer for a large balance carries significant risks for players in my region that the operator is fully aware of. This is why the operator's pattern of disabling crypto specifically after large balances accumulate (not for smaller accounts) appears deliberate.

On Şikayetvar I found 4 other Kavbet players reporting the identical pattern — crypto deposit → KYC → crypto withdrawal disabled → bank transfer forced. Amounts from 270K to 693K TRY. Same script every time.

A formal complaint is also in progress with Casino Guru's complaint team (Attila is handling it). I'll share updates here as they come.

In any case, it's kind of a funny thing for offshore or unlicensed casinos in particular: on one hand, it makes sense that given those circumstances, players can feel like this is some kind of plan; on the other hand, casinos without local licenses are not entirely used to keeping track of the local specifics, so when you say the casino surely knows bank transfers are risky, I'll leave without comment, if you catch my drift. I'm not familiar with the site or its licenses.

Luckily, more will be discussed in the complaint I reckon. 👌

Crypto offers direct wallet-to-wallet transfer with no intermediary exposure. Bank transfer involves third-party financial institutions, creates permanent banking records, and exposes the player to risks that don't exist with crypto. When a player deposits and withdraws via crypto for years without issues, and the operator suddenly forces bank transfer only after a large balance accumulates, the motivation is clear. The operator knows many players will either accept the unfavorable method or — more likely — get frustrated and gamble away the balance. That's the business model here. Thank you; that makes sense. I understand that switching from crypto to regular transfers is not convenient, but if this method is the only way to withdraw, I would say it still counts.

In any case, I respect that you see some patterns in that approach. I usually witness quite the opposite events, for example, to be honest. Players I've talked to are not happy about switching to crypto. It is about the specifics and preferences, I reckon.

But consider this: if a player deposits exclusively via crypto for years, receives successful crypto withdrawals on the same day, and then the operator disables that specific method only after a large balance builds up — while keeping it active for other players — that's not a payment method preference issue. That's a selective restriction designed to create friction. The 4 other identical cases on Şikayetvar confirm this isn't about method availability, it's about a pattern.
