I am providing my Player ID: 1547674575 and this final statement. This is no longer just about the 1,000 ETB stolen from my withdrawal. It is about the suffering, mental stress, and 24 days of struggle I have endured just to get my own money.
Direct Theft: My withdrawal request (№4508284387) was for 5,000 ETB, but the 1xBet agent (Kedir Omer Mahamud) only sent 4,000 ETB.
Mental Exhaustion: For 24 days, I have been chasing 1xBet with no help. Their system in Ethiopia is designed to frustrate users until they give up. This is a form of psychological harassment.
The Final Demand: My account balance is now 0.89 ETB. I am not just asking for the missing 1,000 ETB; I am asking Casino Guru to penalize 1xBet for this systematic theft and the 24-day ordeal they put me through.
Please use my Player ID (1547674575) to resolve this immediately. I have already updated my review on Trustpilot and will not stop until justice is served.

First of all, I want to thank you for your help and for taking the time to look into my case. I really appreciate your professional support.
I am providing the final, undeniable evidence of the missing 1,000 ETB. As they say, math is a language of its own and the numbers do not lie. The timing and the figures of the transactions prove that the agent withheld my funds.
1. The Evidence (The Math):
1xBet Withdrawal: My account history shows a withdrawal of 5,000 ETB at 11:41 am on 14.02.2026 (Request №4508284387).
Actual Payment: The agent, Kedir Omer Mahamud, sent me a transfer just 5 minutes later at 11:46 am. However, the receipt shows he only sent 4,000 ETB.
The Discrepancy: There is a missing 1,000 ETB. I have provided the receipt for 4,000 ETB; if 1xBet claims 5,000 ETB was paid, the burden of proof is now on them to provide a transaction receipt for that full amount.
2. Systemic Issues (Internal and External):
Recurring Pattern: This is the second time I have faced this. My previous issue was with an internal 1xBet agent, and now this 1,000 ETB theft is by an external agent. This shows a failure in oversight of all agents.
Distance & Language: I am based in Jigjiga, but the system assigned me an agent in Addis Ababa (over 600km away). We do not speak the same language, which created a communication barrier that the agent exploited.
I am a professional driver and I work hard for my money. I expect 1xBet to take full responsibility for the actions of both their internal and external agents and refund my 1,000 ETB immediately.
