Is pitbet still on casino guru?

Has anyone else noticed that Pitbet (pitbet.io) seems to have dropped off Casino Guru? They used to have a profile and complaint threads there, and now I can't find them through the complaint resolution center.

I'm asking because I have an open issue with them. They cancelled my first ever withdrawal and removed my bonus winnings, claiming I'd played a restricted slot (Master Chen's Fortune). The problem is I have an email from Pitbet themselves confirming that game is NOT restricted. I sent them that proof on 12 February and have heard nothing back since.

I wanted to escalate through Casino Guru but can't find Pitbet listed anymore. Does anyone know:

Why they were removed or delisted?

Whether Casino Guru has stopped accepting complaints against them?

Where else people have actually had success getting these disputes looked at?

Any info or shared experiences would be appreciated. Just trying to work out the best route to get my withdrawal paid.

Hello, the casino review is not visible due to international gambling regulations, which we have to follow. And I have to say that in this case it's really not the best call because the review has served as a fair warning. This casino is not trustworthy, and I'm sorry you could not see that earlier.

At least we are able to accept complaints, just under the option "the casino is not in the list" which should be directly under the list on the submission form.

As I mentioned, this casino should be avoided because mostly the money wasn't paid but rather confiscated unfairly. This screenshot speaks better than anything, I reckon:
