This message is not intended for myself, but rather for a close friend who, for the second time, has hit the number 7 on FastKeno. Using the "all to be drawn" odds, this has resulted in a substantial payout. I recently addressed the issues he encountered with the first operator, which have now been resolved. However, the latest incident has left me quite stunned.

My friend placed his numbers in the game, watched the draw, and, as had happened previously, his ticket was marked as "under review." He anticipated this, as it occurred during his first experience. The only difference with the current platform is that they have communicated via email multiple times, stating that the case was still under investigation by the provider. He has patiently waited, as he did before.

However, he has now received a new email stating that the game he bet on was canceled by the provider because the round was not successfully completed. I have reviewed the replay of the game and examined the JSON file associated with it, and there appears to be no indication of any issues or irregularities. Additionally, the email referenced a game ID number that does not match the actual game ID from the specific draw in question and is inconsistent with previous draws.

This involves a significant sum of money , over $37,000 USD and my friend is understandably confused about how this could happen. The game is drawn every three minutes, consistent with the FastKeno format. I would like to assist him, as he was very excited about his potential win, which has now been dampened by this situation.

Personally, I suspect that the operator, CristalPoker, may not be fully transparent in their communication. The email he received reads as follows:

"Dear User,

Thank you for your patience while we investigated your Fast Keno round.

We have now received the final response from the Platform Provider.

According to their technical logs, the game round was unfortunately not successfully completed on the Game Provider (TVBet) side. Because of this, the round was automatically canceled, and the system did not register it as a valid completed game round.

For this reason, the Game Provider (TVBet) confirmed that the bet should be treated as void, as the round was not successfully accepted or processed by their system.

We understand that the numbers you selected appeared in the draw, and we fully understand why this situation may be confusing.

Unfortunately, since the round was canceled by the Game Provider’s system, the result cannot be validated as an official winning round."



I find this explanation quite perplexing. If there was an issue with this particular game (game#FK576043), and considering that the results are publicly accessible on their results page—where it is evident that the game was completed without any error messages—why would the system not recognize the round as valid?

The subsequent game proceeded smoothly, which suggests that no systemic issue was present.

Wouldn't a failure to complete a game typically delay or halt subsequent rounds until the issue is resolved? I am posting this query the forum to seek feedback and guidance on the appropriate steps my friend should take to resolve this matter.

Thank you for responding, I was not actually looking for help as it is not my account, i was really just after some advice i could give to my friend, I have found the necessary authorities that he needs to contact so now it is all up to him to follow this through.
