Hello Casino Guru team,

I would like to submit a complaint regarding Crashino casino.

I deposited 600 USDT on Crashino and later requested a withdrawal of 464 USDT. The withdrawal has been pending since 15 June, and the casino still has not processed it.

I completed all the required KYC verification and sent the documents they requested. Despite this, my withdrawal has not been approved or paid.

Whenever I contact live support, they only repeat that "the team is reviewing the transaction" and that it will be processed "as soon as possible." However, more than a week has already passed, and they do not provide any real explanation, deadline, or clear reason for the delay.

I asked several times how long I need to wait and why the withdrawal is still not processed, especially because such operations should normally not take this long. Instead of giving a proper answer, support keeps repeating the same generic messages and sometimes closes the ticket without solving anything.

I have attached screenshots of my conversations with their support team, where they confirm that the transaction is under review but do not give any exact timeframe or reason for the delay.

Please help me with this complaint. I only want Crashino to process my withdrawal of 464 USDT as soon as possible, since I have already provided all required KYC documentation.

Hi, to start with, I’d like to add that we give casinos 14 days to resolve situations like this.

You can certainly file a complaint when you’re nearing that time, and we’ll investigate why the casino hasn’t paid you yet. If you’re verified, you basically just have to wait for the money. Maybe it’s a stalling tactic by the casino to get you to lose the money, but of course, it could just be a standard delay, which is why they keep repeating the same thing because they have nothing else to say. 

So I’d wait a little while longer, and if you still don’t have the money by the end of this week, I’d file a complaint.

The idea is that I dont have any money on the account for them to apply the "stalling strategy". Regarding the standard delay of 14 days I guess you are right. I never had the problem with having the money stuck for this long, usually it takes maximum 3 days.

That's a fair point, and I understand what you mean.

One thing that came to my mind is that some casinos allow players to cancel pending withdrawals, which returns the funds to the casino account. Unfortunately, there are cases where players end up gambling those funds again before the withdrawal is processed. I'm not saying that's what's happening in your case, but it is a tactic that some players have experienced with certain casinos.

As I mentioned before, I would still give the casino a little more time. If your withdrawal still hasn't been processed by the end of this week and you haven't received any meaningful explanation, I would recommend submitting a complaint on our website.

Please keep us updated over the next few days. I hope your withdrawal is processed without the need for any further action.🙂

It's been 15 days since I requested the withdrawal and it still it reviewing/pending! I really am confused on why is this happening and how is it possible, especially because the account was deposited way more than withdrawn.

If you still don't know anything more and nothing has changed since our last conversation, then here's the link where you can open your complaint.

Describe everything that has happened to you to our team, and once they have all the information they need from you, they will contact the casino.

I think that's the most reasonable course of action at the moment, since you don't know what's actually happening and nothing is moving forward.
