The Ontario regulator won’t do anything. They just wrote the following. So unfair.

Therefore, iGO will take no further action at thistime and considers the matter closed.

So it's a pity if that's how it was decided. However, if you violated the TaC of the casino, I understand why the regulator finally decided this way. 😥

However, you still have a complaint filed with us as I already mentioned, so we'll see how it all turns out. I hope for a fair solution. In the meantime, we will have to be patient.👍

Listen I gotta say this. Lawyer up on these crooks. Too many times have these faceless tyrants taken advantage of their consumers and done this exact thing to screw people out of their hard earned Money and more so their stoke of good fortunes with a win of this nature. I am also referring to wins of a lesser nature even. I myself have been the victim of their insanity as well. Not this betvictor site as of yet (although I have a win in my account there as I write this that I plan on cashing out this evening) but rather jackpot city when they were trying to screw me over and take a win from me. The amount wasn’t anywhere near that of your 86k but never the less a win. They are of course out to screw the little guy in these matters. please take a moment and let us consider this.. like you say there laws to protect the interests of that of the consumer and these laws are in place to protect a consumer in their right to reliability and transparency when purchasing a product provided by a retail or service outlet. The main thing to consider when referencing the legalities in these matters are those concerning the rights and interests of a consumer. Regarding a matter of this nature In that Their rights are this. Internal policy of any company big or small is infact _not law period_. Just because a company declares its internal policies to be all binding and final and over ruling all outcomes does (not) infact make said internally declared policies supersede the written law or laws of the land that we are all expected abide by and follow. They can declare their policy to be all ruling, and their divisions to end all, until they are blue in the face, and until their lawyers pens run out of ink, the facts are the facts, and the final word will be that of law that they are bound by and are to follow the laws set out before them. As is the law of the land. Same goes for any public service industry. weather it be retail or otherwise. Here’s an example..Just because the local hockey rink has a sign that says not responsible for injury damages or lost property does not make their policy regarding these matters above beyond or superseding the written laws they are bound by. I get a kick out of the fact that most people don’t understand this and are willing to take a brush off response similar to the one your building yourself up to accept. The long and short of this is exactly that. The law and the laws that regulate and govern us all shall prevail. Seek out council and sue them. Sue them in a way that sets the standard for their corruption and petty thievery. mainly sue them for punitive damages such as mental anguish and trauma for breaching consumer trust and mostly for their ignorance too haha. Honestly a class action should be in play in this because there are countless people with the exact same stories all across the board and honestly this shit needs to be squashed. Fair play and fair win should prevail in these situations. It would be awesome to see them get their just deserts and maybe just maybe it would set a new standard in that particular industry. That instance of consumer vs conglomerate injustice. Then maybe they wouldn’t be so apt to just steal from their very own valued customers.

Just a little rant from a little nobody.
