Hi, and thank you for your response.

I respect your decision, but I believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding my case, and I would like to clarify a few important points:

I did not knowingly or intentionally break any maximum bet rule.

The Terms clearly state the €5 max bet rule in connection with Bonus Buy and Gamble Features on slots.

There is no mention anywhere that the €5 limit applies to Live Casino games.

Live Casino is listed as eligible for wagering under Clause 15.6.

If Live Casino contributes to wagering, players reasonably assume it is allowed.

If Live Casino was not allowed, or if the €5 rule applied, this should have been stated clearly.

The system accepted every Live Casino bet without any warning, restriction, or block.

A casino cannot let a player wager freely, complete the wagering requirement fully, approve the withdrawal, and then only after a big win say that the rules applied differently than written.

The rule is ambiguous, and multiple independent AI text analyses have confirmed that the wording does notclearly apply to Live Casino.

Under consumer protection principles, unclear rules must be interpreted in favor of the player.

I played in complete good faith, following what was written, not what the casino "intended" but never clearly stated.

Therefore, I kindly ask you to reconsider whether my situation fits the category of "violation of terms," since the term in question is vague, incomplete, and not applied consistently by the casino.

Thank you for your time.

Best regards,

Roni

Hey, I see you're having problems at the casino. The first thing I want to ask is, which casino did this happen at?

I understand that it concerns bonuses and live games, is that right? Did they confiscate your bonus winnings because you violated the maxbet? The maxbet at casinos is often 5, and it usually applies to everything you play. Did you violate it many times?

Give me a closer look, please.

Hi Jaro,

thank you for taking the time to look into my case. I appreciate it.

To answer your questions clearly:

• The casino is Instaspin Casino.

• Yes, the issue concerns a bonus with wagering requirements and Live Casino games.

• Yes, the casino confiscated my winnings (€7,400.19), claiming I violated the €5 maximum bet rule while a bonus was active.

However, there are important details that I believe have been overlooked:

Where the alleged violation occurred

I did not place bets above €5 on slots.

All bets above €5 were placed only in Live Casino games (Live Roulette / Live Blackjack).

What the Terms actually say

Clause 14.3 states a €5 maximum wager but explicitly references Bonus Buy and Gamble Features, which are slot-specific mechanics.

There is no explicit statement anywhere in the Terms that:

the €5 limit applies to Live Casino, or

Live Casino bets are restricted to €5 while a bonus is active.

Live Casino is explicitly allowed for wagering

Clause 15.6 clearly lists Live Casino games as contributing to wagering (10%).

This reasonably leads players to believe Live Casino is allowed during bonus play.

System behavior and good faith

All Live Casino bets were:

accepted by the system,

counted toward wagering,

allowed until wagering reached 100%,

followed by an approved withdrawal request.

No warnings, blocks, or notifications were ever shown.

Timing of enforcement

The casino only enforced this interpretation after wagering was completed and a large win occurred.

This creates the appearance of retroactive enforcement rather than prevention.

Was the max bet violated "many times"?

Yes, Live Casino bets above €5 occurred — but only because the Terms do not clearly prohibit them, and the system explicitly allowed them.

I did not knowingly or intentionally break any rule.

My position is not that max bet rules are invalid in general — but that in this case, the rule is ambiguously written and inconsistently enforced, especially regarding Live Casino.

I played in good faith, based on:

written Terms,

allowed games,

and system behavior.

I hope this clarifies the situation.

Please let me know if you need screenshots or specific timestamps.

Kind regards,

Roni

I'm afraid I don't entirely agree with everything in this case. I read the bonus terms and conditions, and it states that if you play with any bonus, the maximum bet is 5. This means that it doesn't matter whether you play slots, table games, or anything else that counts towards wagering. Therefore, if you have violated the max bet many times in live games, it is not the casino's fault.

It could be a pop-up or the casino could enforce it in some way, but I know that many casinos do not do this today. I would say that the vast majority do not have this. So if they have it written that the maxbet for any bonus is 5, then they don't have to explain it for each game separately. If they had a different maxbet for live games and didn't write it there and you broke it unknowingly, then we could talk about the casino being at fault.

Also, casinos often don't check your gameplay when you play with a bonus, but they do when you try to withdraw money after playing with the bonus. So that's also standard, and when they found a conflict, they confiscated your winnings.

So I'm afraid we won't be able to help you in this case.

I'm sorry.
