Need moderator's help - Appeal regarding closed Lemon Casino complaint (Same name issue)

I kindly need a moderator's help to look into my case. I sent two emails (on September 9th and September 14th) with full verification documents, but I haven't received any response yet.

My previous complaint regarding Lemon Casino was closed because of a third-party deposit. However, this was a genuine human error due to a matching first name – both me and my friend are named Dawid.

I have already sent full, official PDFs from Erste Bank and censored photos of the card to your email address to prove that the transaction was fully authorized and there is no fraud involved.

Could a moderator please check the email backlog and help me reopen this case for a fair mediation? My registered email is: [email protected]

Hello David, I understand where this comes from, but forum admins are in no relation to resolving complaints, so I suggest explaining your standpoint to the complaint mediator, the former one, I wager. In my opinion the problem lies in the honest mistake you made. There will still be consequences.

As far as I could conclude, it's not about fraud; it's about casino rules stating that such action will result in money voiding, no matter how honest the mistake was.
