They replied asking me to wait about a week due to a high workload. However, even after two weeks, I didn’t receive any response. I emailed them again, but they still haven’t contacted me.

I think I’d probably file a complaint at our place while waiting for the winnings if it’s been two weeks already. I know that, for example, even when we have our tournaments and send Amazon vouchers to players, it doesn’t happen right away, and we have to wait until the vouchers arrive so we can send them out to the players. I think two weeks is the point where I’d really like to see some progress.
So, like I said, I’d file a complaint, and if nothing gets resolved, our team would try to help you.
