Hello,


For what it's worth I want to alert this site and players that monix casino & many other casinos in the group above are not paying players or taking over a month to put through the smallest withdrawals.


I have open complaints at askgamblers and have for over a month regarding Monix. Fighting to get 200 euro withdrawals.


I have been told that a lot of casinos go 'bust' at the end of the financial year and it starts now. So I would ask caisnoguru and other players to be vigilante now and moving forward.


I should add, through my digging, this group has done this before and gone bust then created a new casino group. Vesper Casino etc.


They have also stopped responding to many players on other mediation sites with large amounts of money stuck in casinos.

See attached. Received this email today to say they are closing and to use the link to sign up to their new sister site. I have 500 total still in monix.


This is exactly what they did with their old groups and Vesper etc.


I have complaint with askgambelrs but Monix have given up responding.

Spent 40 minutes on chat this morning to get nowhere.


Yesterday the agent said the withdrawal would be processed by the end of the day. Shocker, it wasn't.file

Agent then lied claiming they weren't closing and the email hadn't been sent by them (see it is sent by promo@monix - where I have received all promos from them).


Agent just stated she isn't responsible for what another agent says and has raised it with finance department (same thing they have done for 3 weeks).


Still have an open complaint on askgamblers, but what this group is doing (as they have done in the past) is they are going to close and try and pop up again stealing peoples money at the end of financial year.


THIS CANNOT BE ALLOWED.

Hello, it looks like a nasty situation.

In my opinion, filing the complaint with Ask Gamblers was a good step. Regarding our experiences, however, the last complaint, dated back to October 2025, has not been addressed by the casino either thus far. Therefore, filing a complaint with us could potentially assist in demonstrating that the casino won't close without a clear table. I am uncertain about the support team's claim that the email was not sent by the casino.


To be honest, I am uncertain about how to resolve this issue, but I sincerely appreciate your providing this forum with such a crucial warning.

If the casino remains open, it's sort of positive news for all unpaid players, including you. If this is not about to happen, though, and I perfectly understand that we can't know the real intentions, I would file a complaint here too.

Is defintely weird, the email the site was closing came from the promo@monix email account, which is where all their promotion emails come from. They have also done this before when I looked into their past.

I truly do not want to judge here, but I sense it is indeed possible that the chat operator was perhaps unaware about the management plans, if you catch my drift.

One way or another, I can't promise the casino representative will cooperate with my colleagues from the complaint team if you lodge another complaint with us, but you may try it out. However, the more you share, the more I fear the outcome will be very much the same.

Shockingly they have sent me an email from their management thanking me for bringing this to their attention and as a 'reward' they processed the withdrawal...

As a reward, they processed your withdrawal. Well, this is still very weird to me, but I'm truly happy for the positive news! Do you have the funds yet?
