I am submitting a complaint regarding Ivibet casino due to confiscation of winnings, account suspension without notice, and lack of evidence for the casino’s actions.

On 17.04.2026 at 19:46:43, I deposited 50 PLN via BLIK and played normally for three days. On the same day, I submitted my first withdrawal request of 4000 PLN, which was confirmed by email.

On 18.04.2026, I submitted multiple additional withdrawal requests (640 PLN, 1700 PLN, and higher amounts up to 16,000 PLN). However, only the first withdrawal received email confirmation, while others did not, despite being successfully submitted.

After reviewing the terms, I noticed a daily withdrawal limit of 4000 PLN, so I cancelled larger withdrawals and kept smaller ones pending.

On the third day, my account was suddenly suspended without any prior notice or email explanation. I discovered this only via live chat, where I was informed that my account was suspended by casino management.

At the same time:

I could no longer access games or make deposits

No reason or evidence was provided for the suspension

Despite this, I was still able to submit withdrawal requests

Due to concern about losing access to my funds, I also submitted additional withdrawals via cryptocurrency (4000 PLN and 40,000 PLN).

The casino later justified their actions by referring to a "technical error," but:

No evidence was provided

No game logs or provider confirmation were shared

Gameplay was normal across multiple providers

No errors or warnings occurred during the gaming session

Additionally, the account restriction happened without any prior notice, and no email was sent informing me of the suspension.

I believe the actions taken by the casino are inconsistent and lack transparency, especially since gameplay was allowed to continue normally and winnings were only disputed after withdrawal requests were made.

I request full payment of my legitimate winnings and completion of all withdrawal requests, as no evidence of any technical error affecting my gameplay has been provided.filefilefilefilefile

I have held my account with the platform since 2023. Throughout this entire period, I have never experienced any issues with smaller withdrawals, as all payments were consistently processed and successfully credited to my bank account.

My account verification was completed and fully approved a long time ago, confirming that my details were verified and that I was cleared to use all services, including withdrawals.

My account history demonstrates stable and uninterrupted use of the platform without any prior disputes or irregularities. In the current situation, however, the funds have been confiscated, which is entirely unexpected and inconsistent with the previous handling of my transactions.

All activity was conducted in good faith, as part of normal platform usage, with no prior indication of any issues regarding my account or transactions.

I request a full and fair review of the case, taking into account my complete account history and the fact that all previous withdrawals were processed without any problems.

which game/provider was affected

why winnings were removed

confirmation of the current correct account balance

status of any pending withdrawals

I would like to clarify that the only emails I received from you contained only a general message about a "technical error." However, no details were provided – no exact date, time, or indication of when the alleged error occurred.


Only my deposit of PLN 50, paid on April 17, 2026, was returned to my player account. However, all winnings from various gaming providers, totaling PLN 70,570, were confiscated.


I was also informed that the basis for this decision is a provision in the terms and conditions allowing for the cancellation of winnings in the event of a technical error. I disagree with this interpretation, as in my opinion, it cannot constitute a basis for the unilateral and complete withdrawal of winnings without a full, transparent analysis of the incident and detailed evidence. For Ivibet, the matter is closed.

I would understand if I was playing a single game and got logged out or an error message popped up. Unfortunately, neither happened. I played Lucky Joker Extra Gift, won once, lost once, and eventually managed to accumulate around 16,000 PLN within a few hours. Then I switched to another provider. There were several of them, different games, and different winning/loss amounts. Then I entered a game with hold and spin bonuses, where I knowingly purchased a 1,500 PLN bonus and won over 32,000 PLN. I simply received a grand 10,000 PLN, which ultimately resulted in winnings exceeding 32,000 PLN. I requested two withdrawals of 16,000 PLN, but after reading the terms and conditions, which stated that I could withdraw 4,000 PLN per day, I canceled the withdrawal and kept only smaller withdrawals. On Sunday, I found out my account had been suspended. I learned this via live chat, but they didn't provide any further information as to why. I emailed them, but I didn't receive any information regarding the suspension. Only yesterday, April 23rd, did they adjust my balance, cancel all my withdrawals, and only kept the PLN 50 deposit I made via Blik on April 17th. They claimed that since I accepted the terms and conditions when I registered with them, I had no further say and had to agree to their terms.
