I want to use this conversation to track the next steps in my three ongoing casino disputes. The total amount currently disputed/confiscated is €6,667.34.
1. Buff Bets – €4,140
Buff Bets confiscated €4,140 in winnings.
The casino eventually claimed that I had placed a €20 bet using bonus funds and then left the game session. I dispute that this allegation justified the confiscation, and I have repeatedly asked for concrete evidence.
The case was handled by Casino Guru:
https://casino.guru/complaints/buff-bets-casino-player-s-withdrawal-process-is-delayed
Casino Guru asked Buff Bets for the relevant game logs and evidence supporting the alleged violation.
The case was ultimately closed as:
"Unresolved – Insufficient Evidence from Casino."
Buff Bets therefore failed to provide sufficient evidence during that complaint process.
A significant part of the disputed winnings came from Pragmatic Play / Sweet Bonanza.
2. Blindluck – First Case – €1,567.15
Blindluck previously confiscated €1,567.15 based on an alleged breach of a maximum-bet rule while an active bonus was supposedly present.
My position is that the original bonus conditions had already been settled, after which I continued playing with real-money funds and later made further deposits without using another bonus.
This case was also handled by Casino Guru:
https://casino.guru/complaints/blind-luck-casino-player-s-withdrawal-has-been-confiscated
Casino Guru asked Blindluck to explain the alleged maximum-bet violation and to provide supporting evidence.
Blindluck ultimately did not respond at all.
The case was closed as:
"Unresolved – No Reaction Policy."
3. Blindluck – Second / New Case – €960.19
In August 2026, I again achieved a substantial win at Blindluck, including approximately €2,131.46 while playing Sweet Bonanza 1000.
I have screenshots showing, among other things:
the Sweet Bonanza win;
my account balance;
€0.00 bonus balance;
no active bonus;
KYC verified status;
my €1,000 withdrawal request;
deposits and transaction records.
Blindluck subsequently cancelled my withdrawal and confiscated €960.19.
As justification, they referred to clause 5.9.5, but this clause contains several completely different possible allegations, including:
VPN / IP manipulation;
forged documents;
bonus abuse;
fraud / collusion / software-assisted play.
Despite several explicit requests, Blindluck has still not told me which of these allegations they are actually making against me, nor have they provided concrete evidence supporting any of them.
I did not use a VPN. I played normally on my own mobile phone using my home and workplace internet connections.
My account was KYC verified, and when Blindluck later requested an additional selfie showing me holding my driving licence, I provided it normally.
Blindluck has now confirmed in writing that its decision is "final" and that it will provide its supporting evidence to the licensing authority and "the ADR service."
However, despite multiple explicit requests, Blindluck has still not identified:
Which ADR provider has been appointed by Blindluck / Green Champions Leader SRL?
Licensing / Anjouan
Both casinos operate under Anjouan licences.
I have contacted Anjouan numerous times regarding both Buff Bets and Blindluck over a period of several months, but I have received no substantive response.
This has become a serious problem because the official dispute process is supposed to provide access to an approved independent ADR provider.
ADR – Current Situation
The officially recognised Anjouan ADR providers include:
EGIS ADR;
Axion ADR;
iGamingADR;
CADRE.
I have attempted to establish which ADR provider is responsible for Buff Bets and Blindluck.
iGamingADR is the only provider that has responded clearly and quickly.
They confirmed in writing that they are not appointed for Blindluck and not appointed for Buff Bets.
I previously contacted EGIS ADR regarding Buff Bets on 11 June and again on 16 June, but I received no substantive response, case number or confirmation that the dispute had been accepted.
CADRE and Axion have also been contacted to confirm whether they have jurisdiction over either operator. So far, I have not received a useful substantive response.
This is particularly concerning in relation to Blindluck because Blindluck itself states that it will provide its evidence to "the ADR service", yet despite repeated requests it has failed or refused to identify which ADR service it means.
Pragmatic Play / Sweet Bonanza
I have also contacted Pragmatic Play directly.
