I have a problem an need help I was playing this casino an I put 5 dollars on it an in order to make a redemption I had to get to 20 so I made 30 an redeem it but I never received my money they keep telling me things like be patient it's processing an other things to procrastinate it it's been a whole day now an I still haven't received anything I wanna know how can I get my money that was owed to me
