Έχω ένα πρόβλημα με το CoinCasino και ελπίζω να βρω υποστήριξη ή παρόμοιες εμπειρίες εδώ.
Στις 30 Αυγούστου 2025, έβαλα ένα στοίχημα στον αγώνα SV Werder Bremen εναντίον Bayer Leverkusen και ενεργοποίησα την προσφορά "Early Cashout". Παρ' όλα αυτά, το στοίχημά μου θεωρήθηκε χαμένο.

On August 30, 2025, I placed a bet on the SV Werder Bremen vs. Bayer Leverkusen match and activated the "Early Cashout" promotion. Nevertheless, my bet was considered a loss.
In my communication with support, I was informed that this promotion wasn't available for the game in question. However, I clearly saw and used the "Early Withdrawal" promotion for this game. Furthermore, this feature is offered for all other games. This raises the question of why the promotion wasn't available for this particular game.
I have already tried to contact CoinCasino directly, but have not received a satisfactory response so far.
Have any of you had similar experiences or have any tips on how I should proceed?
This is a complete rip-off, and they know it perfectly well. I've already written to the regulatory authority and hope for a quick response.

ich habe ein Problem mit CoinCasino und hoffe, hier Unterstützung oder ähnliche Erfahrungen zu finden.
Am 30.08.2025 habe ich eine Wette auf das Spiel SV Werder Bremen vs. Bayer Leverkusen platziert und die Aktion „Frühzeitige Auszahlung" aktiviert. Trotzdem wurde meine Wette als verloren gewertet.
In meiner Kommunikation mit dem Support wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass diese Aktion für das genannte Spiel nicht verfügbar war. Allerdings habe ich die Aktion „Frühzeitige Auszahlung" für dieses Spiel eindeutig gesehen und genutzt. Zudem wird diese Funktion bei allen anderen Spielen angeboten. Es stellt sich daher die Frage, warum gerade bei diesem einen Spiel die Aktion nicht verfügbar war.
Ich habe bereits versucht, CoinCasino direkt zu kontaktieren, aber bisher keine zufriedenstellende Antwort erhalten.
Hat jemand von euch ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht oder Tipps, wie ich weiter vorgehen kann?
Das ist eine reine ABZOCKE und das wissen die ganz genau. Ich habe bereits der Regulierungsbehörde geschrieben und hoffe auf eine schnelle Rückmeldung.
