Dragobet casino withdrawal

Hello everyone,

I want to share my experience with Dragobet.com, an online casino registered in Costa Rica.

• I made three deposits via iDEAL (€150 + €150 + €100) to play.

• From these deposits, I won €700 and successfully withdrew it.

• Later, I won an additional €4,160.

• On 29-12-2025, I requested a withdrawal of €2,000, and on 02-01-2026, another withdrawal of €1,500.

• These withdrawals (€3,500 total) are still marked as "pending," despite me completing all KYC verification and complying with all rules.

• The casino has provided no clear explanation for withholding the funds.

I have contacted their support multiple times and even set a formal timeframe for payment, but they continue to refuse payout.

Advice: Be cautious with Dragobet.com. They have demonstrated that they can block withdrawals, even for legitimate winnings.

Can anyone help me? What can i do?

When you said that you completed the KYC, is this information visible in your account, please?

No, this is not my first withdrawal.

I have already successfully received a withdrawal of €700 around 29-12-2025 from the same account.

Regarding KYC: I have completed the KYC verification and submitted all requested documents. Since the €700 withdrawal was processed and paid out, I assume my account was verified at that time. I do not currently see any pending KYC requests or warnings in my account.

Any update. I have the same problem. 3000 euro pending.

In this case I hope that you will receive your winnings soon. Our complaint team is already waiting and ready to intervene whenever possible.

Same as Marc. I won 3000. Made two withdrawals on January 4th. 2000 and 1000. Still waiting. Maybe it takes between 3-5 banking days but I am worried after reading this post from Marc. It will be a big lesson if they scam me. No casino's from abroad anymore. But still fingers crossed. I still lost 6/700.
