What's the casino? Sometimes when you have a big win you have to verify your method of payment again. If they have live chat ask them to clarify or send support an email and ask them what they need from you for the withdrawal to be processed.

I would send all your documents in again to be on the safe side. Proof of address proof of payment method and ID that way there can be no more excuses not to payout.
