And after posting their site wasn't working I have just received my withdrawal! FYI i was using a first direct mastercard when it was failing (this happened on a similar site called Jimmy Winner) when I used my Starling bank mastercard it worked first time.

I'm honestly proud that you managed to finally get your money after this fight. Maybe it would be useful to know why it failed for a particular payment method, but I believe that you probably don't care and that's the most important thing and that you got the funds.

How long has the situation been going on for you ? I see that it didn't help to enter the details of another card and you still have the withdrawal rejected, which is quite unfortunate.
I would add that we give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal, so if nothing like that happens and you still have no update and no money in your account, our team will try to help you as best they can if you file a complaint.

It’s a scam trust me. I had over ten cancelled over a couple week period. I did everything they said and it never worked. I spent the 3k and moved on with my like.
