Originally I aimed to delete those posts because, in my opinion, they hold no value and are just passively offensive based on general opinion.

On the other hand, though, I believe we have nothing to hide, so why not keep this discussion in one thread?

I agree, Radka and Jaro are morons! Hence, why they use the word hence so many times and always sides with any casino no matter what When you one up them, they will block your account. Very bad people.

May I ask is this a nonprofit casino forum? If not, do the casinos pay you admins? I only ask since scrolling through your history, it’s seems like you either take the casino side or to submit a complaint.

This forum is not a casino promotion platform. Players usually come here when something goes wrong, which naturally shapes the content you see.

The role of the admins is not to take sides but to assess situations based on facts, rules, and available evidence or experiences on both sides. Some complaints can be resolved through mediation. Others cannot, often because the casino rules were broken or the expectations were unrealistic.

Pointing these matters out is not siding with casinos. It is simply acknowledging reality. If someone is only looking for confirmation that they are right regardless of the facts, this forum may feel biased, but that does not make it paid or nonprofit.

You are welcome to submit any of your concerns as a complaint for free, like the rest of the players here.

Complaint is the official way to prove casinos wrong and adjust the Safety Index. I'll gladly share more if you are interested.

So, I take it the casinos are the ones that pay your salary? Not saying you’re unethical but If the casinos are paying you, it would make sense for all of your posts you speak of. I think that’s what the post was about with the others that were frustrated with you.

Look, I have seen similar posts many times.

To be clear, yes, this is an affiliate website. That does not mean casinos pay us to defend them or shape our opinions. The affiliate model is explained openly and does not change how complaints are reviewed or how facts are presented. Our teams apply quite the opposite approach as the rest of the affiliate sites. The casinos have to earn the cooperation and can lose it because of a single unresolved complaint.

I have no way of changing what anyone thinks, but people are always ready to draw conclusions without even asking a question. Glad to see you are different in that regard.

If you see factual explanations as "taking the casino’s side," that is usually the interpretation of frustrated players. I am not here to convince anyone or change personal assumptions. Forum is here for tasks, and complaints are for proving facts.

Shall we respect that this thread is meant for discussing a specific casino and real player experiences? What we are doing here is something else.

If you want to get back to the actual topic of this thread, feel free to do so.

Let’s put what you said in baseball terms. This website is the New York Yankees. Their affiliate teams are their minor league teams. The Yankees pay their affiliate teams and players. Their affiliate players or teams aren’t going to go against the Yankees or they’ll be released. What the people on the site are saying is, you’re not actually here to help them but to be dishonest and make out like it’s the players fault every time. How many times do we hear multiple accounts excuse with no actual evidence or proof by the casino? That seems like the most popular one but there’s many. I have nothing against you but just saying what the others were saying to you. Thanks for wishing me a good day. Means a lot coming from a person of your ethical and prejudiced opinions on all topics saying submit a complaint.

Hello, I'm not sure how this is related to Juicystakes, but perhaps it is an interesting point. If I were still a gambler, a similar conversation would certainly be much more passionate. 😀

But I quit gambling after realizing it was bad for my health.

Being an admin means that you have to be capable of more than gambling. Trust me.

If you have any current updates regarding the casino, feel free to share. This is the purpose of the forum, after all. Based on the last update you can see here, the casino is marked as closed.

It could be reopened, of course but operators are not usualy than sharing so we have to find out the other way, like with kind help from players.

What motivates you to side with the person with the complaint if you’re getting paid by the casinos to run this forum? You guys keep saying you’re being attacked but this is the evidence and proof being shown. At the end, you’ll side with the casino over the player since you’re being paid by the casinos. Arbitration would be mediators since they have the power to do something. I read this post with all the proof, evidence, and they had to shut down their website due to fraudulent practices but you guys sided with them in complaints. This isn’t a good look for you guys. You guys didn’t even know that this casino was shut down until it was brought to your attention. Be better.

It is not easy to stay in touch with all the casinos in our database. We update them as soon as possible, and we are grateful for our users to help us out if they find something missing or not updated.

I believe that it is no one's job who we get paid from, and surely we don't get paid to side with any casino.

Our complaint resolution center is completely free to use for our users, and we always take fair play into consideration. There are many different stories, and sometimes we have to be on the casino's side if there is clear evidence that players have done wrong, of course.

We keep everything clear and transparent for others to see and can read about all the situations in every complaint published on our side.

If there is something you don't like or you don't agree with, surely no one tells you to stay here. So, please stop abusing us on our own forum, and if you are unhappy, feel free to go.

We have nothing to hide, nothing to explain anymore to someone who only comes here and attacks us.

I see a lot of complaints end in the casino saying player has multiple accounts but no proof or evidence is shown in the resolution complaint. This thread clearly shows player had one account in his life yet you sided with the casino. They even gave power of attorney and still didn’t get any resolution for or any other evidence from your complaint process showing otherwise. I’m a legal pro and was asked to monitor a few complaints on here and get explanations and why would you ever asked for power of attorney for complaint process.

Well. if you are not the player involved in the complaint, there is really no need for you to post speculative conclusions here.

This forum is not a legal platform. As stated in the rules, we are not lawyers, and we do not run legal investigations. Our role is to help players through mediation, within the limits of what casinos are willing and allowed to share.

If you believe you are "investigating" something, it is important to understand that the goal of a complaint process is not to publish internal casino data or fraud detection systems. Without access to that information, no one, legal professional or not, can make a complete legal assessment here.

We focus on assisting players. Side discussions, assumptions, and third-party theories only take time away from that purpose.

If you have something relevant to add from the player’s side, fine. Otherwise, this is not the right place for it. You are obviously not a player dealing with Juicystakes casino.

I also think it's a waste of time to answer your questions about who pays my salary in the other thread. We help players; you do not act like one to me.

The casinos pay your salaries too. So, with no proof or evidence shown to this Richard McKenna that he held two counts anywhere and all the information given by him and the casino shutdown because of not paying players and you made him give you power of attorney and get you favored the casino in your ruling. That’s shady 100% on casino guru side. To have a personal email to send them is shady since you don’t go through the process the player had to. To sum it up, it’s not an investigation at all.

To be honest, I have no idea what you meant by your comment. 

The fact that we should contact the casino from a private email address – each of us has a work email address, which we use to contact casinos on a regular basis. We don't use any other address.

Everything has been explained to the player, and I won't repeat it again.
