We're glad everything worked out. I would just recommend not playing at casinos with such poor ratings, because this was just a drop in the bucket, and most of the time these kinds of cases can't be resolved—unless, by some chance, the casino decides to pay the player on its own.
You should definitely always be careful about where you put your money. It could save you some money.
