Hi, we have certain procedures that we follow for user reviews. We try to approve them as much as possible but sometimes they set up problems where this is not possible.
What is important to note is that a player can only submit a user review to a casino from one account once.
For example, it happens that after a couple of months someone creates another account and forgets the password from the first one, and so on, and gives reviews on the same casinos as before. Of course, we cannot accept this because that would be two user reviews from the same player for the same casino. So this is just an example that I gave you and of course you always get an email with the rejection or the reason why it happened. So you know why we didn't accept it.🙂
