I'm starting this thread to get the general opinion of people who play regularly or occasionally at online casinos. Regarding advertising, I think it's excessive, and bonuses are simply bait to keep people playing and keep them engaged. What do you think when you don't like a casino or you see that it's unreliable, and you request account closure, only to have it ignored? Because that's happened to me a lot lately. On top of that, they send you annoying ads to keep you making payments to their casinos.

Abro este tema para saber la opinión general de las personas que juegan habitualmente o casualmente en los casinos online, respecto a la publicidad lo veo exagerado y los bonos son simplemente un anzuelo para que la gente siga jugando y se mantenga en línea siempre con el juego, qué opináis cuando no os gusta o veis que un casino no es fiable y pedís el cierre de cuenta y la omiten? Porque eso me ha pasado muchísimo este último tiempo, encima te envían publicidad molesta para que sigas enganchando pagos a sus casinos.

Exactly because of gambling problems, I've had about five issues, even with very high-security casinos, and they took full advantage of me. Two of them agreed to a refund, but some didn't, and nothing could ever be done. Right now, I have a complaint pending for the same problem. In this case, it's even worse because I requested self-exclusion due to gambling problems, and they agreed to close it. Then, the next day, they sent me advertising via SMS. I went to check if it was closed or not, and it was still open. The temptation got the better of me, and I lost a considerable amount of money. That should be a criminal offense, but I don't think I'll get a refund.

Exactamente por problemas con el juego, eh tenido como 5 inconvenientes incluso con casino de muy alta seguridad y se han aprovechado al máximo, 2 de ellos aceptaron hacer reembolso pero algunos no y nunca se pudo hacer nada, ahora mismo tengo una queja en curso por el mismo problema, en este caso es peor aún porque pedí mi auto exclusión por problemas con el juego y aceptaron cerrarla y al día siguiente me envían publicidad por SMS, voy a revisar si está cerrada o no y sigue abierta donde la tentación se hizo mayor que mi control y pierdo una cantidad de dinero considerable, eso debería ser denunciable en lo penal pero ni creo que se haga un reembolso
