At least this finally sounds like some real movement.
Going from the completely black game window to Pragmatic Play loading in around 25 seconds and actually being playable again is certainly an improvement, even if it's still nowhere near the normal loading time. The fact that Play'n GO and Nolimit City are behaving differently as well should hopefully give the technical team more useful information to work with.
And since you've now managed to reach someone higher up who is trying to connect you directly with the people handling the technical side, I think that's probably the best route from here.
I'll also leave the deeper technical diagnosis to you and your contact at this point. I'm certainly not an expert in this area, and I don't want to start taking a firm position on whether the cause is a CDN, proxy, loader, routing issue or something else when that's outside my expertise.
You've already gathered far more useful technical data than I could add from here, so hopefully the right person at BSC can now compare it properly and get to the bottom of it.
