Hi, according to what I had a chance to see it should be like that. However, it is always best to ask the casino support or check the Terms and Conditions to see which game providers are excluded for which country.
As far as VPN is concerned, I would still check with support if it is possible to use it and take screenshots of the conversation if there are any problems in the future. This information should be in the Terms and Conditions, but it's important to be sure and check it more than once. 🙂
