What’s the best way to retain funds after an initial win on a poker machine, irrespective of win amount.

Some people think that by continuing to play after an initial win, they would/should bank the win value and move on to another machine???

Is it possible to make this idea work out?

In this thinking, you could possibly make money by starting out with $10 at one machine, then pull whatever you have, then re-invest what little amount you received and restart again on another machine @ $10.

Maybe, try out 20 machines a day taking out small wins. A big win would be what you should be looking to achieve.

Hey, I get what you’re trying to do, basically "bank small wins and keep rolling the rest across multiple machines." In theory it sounds clever, but here’s the catch: every spin on every slot is completely independent. No matter how many machines you hop between, the odds don’t change, and in the long term, the house always has the edge.

You might walk away with a few small wins some days, but there’s no system that turns $10 into a guaranteed profit just by spreading it across machines. Slots aren’t like poker, there’s no skill in managing bets that can overcome the built-in house advantage.

So yeah, it’s a fun experiment if you want to see what happens day-to-day, but don’t expect consistent profits. Think of it more like entertainment than an investment plan.

I tested the theory over 14 separate games, I was able to come out with small profits from 10 sites, 2 very large profits and 2 losses. The games were free to play so uncertain whether free games count, however, if I made small bets, the games seemed to entice me to spend more.

If you count how often you can win on any machine, it’s between 5 to 7 hits at a time.

Theoretically, you could either wait for a big win during this 5 to 7 stage, however, the machine will indicate change.

All machines have a sequence, you just have to take small wins when they come to you.

Big hits will happen after a prolonged period, it’s up to you when you think when the big one is likely to come.

Hey! Interesting observations. Just keep in mind that free-to-play results don’t always reflect real-money play, since some demo modes are programmed differently. Just saying.

Also, slots don’t really have sequences or stages in the way you describe. Each spin is independent, and the odds don’t "build up" to a big hit. What you experienced are just the natural ups and downs of variance based on volatility.

If you enjoy testing systems, that’s fine, but don’t let the short-term results fool you into thinking there’s a long-term winning method. There is none. 😉

I agree with you, however to make playing a gaming machine more interesting, challenge yourself to walk away with small wins?

It’s when we attempt to walk away with huge wins that we can become unstuck.

Challenge yourself to walk away, what does this truely feel like?

That’s actually a really good mindset. Walking away with small wins can make the experience more fun and helps avoid chasing losses or the "one more spin" trap. As long as we keep in mind that it doesn’t change the math of the game, we're good. Still, in the long run, the house edge will always catch up.

But as a personal challenge to practice self-control, it’s definitely healthier than chasing that one big win. 🙌

Anyway just wanted to share, the only system which i think works haha In all the casino accounts I have, I play all the daily free spins they have or join the tournaments. I have earn money without losing any 🙂 Got lucky last time when one of the daily wheel spins hit the jackpot £100 and the other one £75..
