I keep getting unanswered responses for the status and hold up of my winnings ..I’ve spent a lot of money with Golden Acorn casino, I even won quite afew times and redeemed my winnings easily at first, but now these last two are being held up for what.. Also since I’ve been waiting to be rewarded with my winnings for over a week, I ended up depositing money and lost over a $1500 in between time.. That’s not right.. I feel Just as quick and easy you guys accept our deposits, our withdrawal payments should be the Same.. I’m starting to get frustrated.. I can’t get any type of help and assistance on what’s wrong with my money.. It’s been entirely too long.. Can I receive my payments please!

I'm sorry to say that, but as long as no one from the casino wishes to help you out, we can't change that since this is merely an independent forum.

Please try not to lose your balance, and also don't deposit further until the casino starts paying up as usual.

It's just a detail, but withdrawals and deposits are not the same procedure, yet this is not the most crucial part of this issue, I bet.

Frankly, we allow casinos 14 full days to complete the withdrawal; there is some time left; hence, we won't intervene for now. If you would, however, like, you are welcome to submit a free-of-charge complaint through which dedicated team members will do their best to help you out when the time comes. 🙏
