Θα ήθελα να μάθω από εσάς αν η Allyspin όντως πραγματοποιεί πληρωμές.
Περιμένω πληρωμή 60+170 ευρώ που εγκρίθηκε στις 14/15 Μαΐου.
Αναφέρθηκε ότι θα γινόταν εντός 3-5 εργάσιμων ημερών, κάτι που έχει πλέον παρέλθει.
Έτσι, πριν από λίγες μέρες αποφάσισα να του γράψω για να μάθω κάποια νέα, επειδή μετά από έλεγχο στην τράπεζα δεν υπάρχουν εκκρεμείς συναλλαγές υπέρ μου.
Μου λένε να περιμένω 5 εργάσιμες ημέρες, παρόλο που είπα ότι εγκρίθηκε στις 14/15 Μαΐου.
Απάντησα λίγες μέρες αργότερα για ενημέρωση και μου είπαν «κατανοούμε ότι η αναμονή μπορεί να είναι απογοητευτική, περιμένουμε πληροφορίες από την αρμόδια ομάδα και θα προσπαθήσουμε να επιταχύνουμε την επεξεργασία».
Καταλαβαίνω λοιπόν ότι δεν διεκπεραιώθηκε ποτέ, επειδή επαναλαμβάνω, σε συνεννόηση με την τράπεζά μου, ότι δεν υπάρχουν συναλλαγές υπέρ μου.
Πώς μπορώ να προχωρήσω;

I would like to know from you if Allyspin actually makes payments.
I am waiting for a payment of 60+170 euros approved on May 14/15.
It was stated that it would be done within 3-5 business days which has now passed.
So a few days ago I decided to write to him to get some news because after checking with the bank there are no transactions in my favor pending.
They tell me to wait 5 business days, even though I said it was approved May 14/15.
I wrote back a few days later for an update and they said 'we understand that the wait may be frustrating, we are awaiting information from the relevant team and will try to speed up the processing'.
So I understand that it was never processed because I repeat, checking with my bank, there are no transactions in my favor.
How can I proceed?

Vorrei sapere da voi se effettivamente Allyspin effettua i pagamenti.
Sono in attesa di un pagamento di 60+170 euro approvato il 14/15 maggio.
Vi era indicato che sarebbe stato effettuato entro 3-5 giorni lavorativi ormai trascorsi.
Così qualche giorno fa decido di scrivergli per avere novità in quanto verificando con la banca non vi sono transazioni a mio favore in attesa.
Mi dicono di attendere 5 giorni lavorativi, nonostante dissi che è stato approvato 14/15 maggio.
Ho riscritto dopo qualche giorno per aggiornamenti e mi comunicano 'comprendiamo che l'attesa possa essere frustrante, attendiamo informazioni dal team competente e cercheremo di accelerare l' eborazione'.
Così capisco che non è mai stato elaborato in quanto ripeto verificando assieme alla mia banca non vi sono transazioni a mio favore.
Come posso procedere?
